Teamwork makes the dream work. Make sure you equip your entire team with the power of Notarize by adding a new teammate.


  1. Log into your Notarize for Business Account at
  2. Hover over Resources in the navigation bar at the top of your screen
  3. Select Team
  4. Select the blue Add New Team Member button
  5. Fill in your employee's:
    - First Name
    - Last Name
    - Email Address
    - Select Role
  6. Select the blue Add Team Member button

Your employee will then receive an invite email from with a link to set their password and log in.
