The Templates feature is great for standardized forms and documents that contain general language. Why? It's simple. Templates make it easy for you to quickly and consistently send the correct document. Here's how:


  1. Log into your Notarize for Business account
  2. Hover over the Resources dropdown and select Templates
  3. Click the green Create New Template button
  4. Select your document template from your files
  5. Customize the name of your template, the permalink for use with EasyLink or API, and the requirements for the document's completion
  6. Review your template and apply signature flags to indicate where the recipient should sign
  7. Save your new template

Next time, when creating a new transaction, instead of choosing to upload a document choose to upload a template.
