Our free eSignature feature is a quick and efficient way to get documents electronically signed that do not require a notary meeting. Using our eSignature feature can help streamline your e-signing process.


  1. Log into your Notarize for Business account
  2. Go to the Send + Manage tab, select Send New and chose eSignature Request
  3. Fill out the signer details
  4. Add up to 10 additional signers (optional)
  5. Upload and prep your document
  6. Customize your email
  7. Send your eSignature document to your signer for completion

Once the document has been electronically signed by all parties you will receive an email notification to download the document.
