Adding colleagues to join your company's Notarize for Title account allows your team to keep all transactions in one central location. Each member will be able to create and send their own transactions, as well as access completed transactions set up by other team members. This allows for ease of access to all of your company's closings!
Here's how to invite new members:

  1. Select Resources from the top-right corner of your dashboard.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select Team.
  3. From this screen, you should see a green button that reads Add New Team Member.
  4. A pop-up will appear asking for the new member's first and last name, and their email address. You can also select the member's role from the drop down menu.

5.  Your team member will receive an email from noreply@notarize.com will ask them to get started by creating a password.

Once they create their password, your colleague will be able to start sending transactions from your account!
