The ResWare Integration - For Title Agents

Overview

The ResWare integration allows title agents to send all transaction types while staying in the comfort of working in ResWare. Give your signers an online closing experience by sending transactions from ResWare through Notarize. Signers will sign everything on Notarize, and their executed documents will automatically return to your team's ResWare instance. 

Supported Transaction Types

If you are interested in sending lender-initiated transactions, please speak with your Notarize Customer Success Manager and Solutions Engineer about piloting a deduplication workflow. Title-only transactions are fully supported at this time.

What Does the ResWare Integration Allow Title Agents to Do?

  1. Create transactions in Notarize. 

  2. Add closing info and document packages to those Notarize transactions.

  3. Once complete, send the transaction either to the Notarize Closing Operations team who will prep the transaction and send it to the signer, or upload documents in Notarize and send the closing directly to your signers.   4. Executed document packages will automatically be sent back to the existing ResWare file.

  5. Optional - Notarize can push back an invoice, signer photo IDs, and/or Action Events to the file as well. See Connecting ResWare to Notarize for more information.

  6. All without leaving ResWare!

What Do We Require From the Title Agent to Start Sending Volume to Notarize via the ResWare integration?

  1. See Connecting ResWare to Notarize and Job Aid for integration setup details.
  2. Title agents must update their seed files that they use to generate all of their documents (whether inside or outside ResWare) with white text tags using White Text Preferred Implementation Guide. Please reach out to Adeptive Support for assistance accessing and updating seed files.
  3. When ready to begin sending transactions via the integration, start by sending seller-side and cash purchase transactions that do not require lender involvement.
