This article contains steps for notaries to access all related articles in the Notarize Knowledge Base.
Some articles are visible to everyone, so you will always be able to see some articles (like this one!), even if you are not signed in. Most articles require you to be signed in to the Knowledge Base.
🚨 Notary articles are only visible after your Notarize notary profile is approved. 🚨

Sign In
Check the Notarize Knowledge Base home page to see if you are signed in.
- The Sign-in link appears at the top right when you are not signed in.
- When you are signed in, your name appears at the top right.
Create a Password
If this is your first time signing in to the Notarize Knowledge Base (KB) and you do not already have a password, select Sign in and follow the steps below to set a password. Use the email you used to sign up with Notarize. (Use the password that you established when setting up your Notarize notary profile if you have one.)
🚨Note! This process only provides access to a small number of articles in the Notarize KB and may not provide access to any additional notary articles. Typically, there are a few notary articles visible to anyone (no need to sign in) and the rest of the notary articles are visible only to active notaries with an approved profile on the Notarize platform.

If Get a password is greyed out (not clickable) on your screen:
- Select Continue to accept cookies.
- Type your email address, then select Submit to reset your password.

Check your email for instructions on resetting your password.
- Select the link to set a new password.
