Need to access your signer's identification? Follow the steps below to view customer IDs via the Notarize portal.
Along with the completed document(s), you will be able to access your signer's photo ID.
Procedure
1. Select Completed under the status column.
2. The Transaction Details page will appear. Click the Signer tab to view both the front and back of the signer's ID.
*Note that you can download the image to your computer by right-clicking on the ID and selecting "save as".
