Update the credit card or bank account information on your account.
Has your credit card expired, changed, or been closed? Make sure you update your account settings so you don't miss a beat. Here's how:
HOW TO
NOTE: If your current payment method is declining, you will not be able to access documents that were completed without payment.
1. The Admin account-holder must log into their account at business.notarize.com
2. Click your name in the upper-right-hand corner and select Billing & Payment
3. Scroll down to Personal Payment
4. Update your Credit Card or Bank Account details
5. Click Save Changes
PAYMENT METHODS
- Credit Card - Make sure you enter the Name, Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVC exactly as they're presented on your physical credit card.
- Bank Account - Upon clicking Connect Account, search for your bank and log in. Next, select the account you'd like to be charged for each completed transaction.
