If you need a Spanish-speaking notary, this article will explain how to adjust your browser settings to be routed properly.
🎯Primary Audience: Customers (Signers)
If you wish to be routed only to a Spanish-speaking notary, you must add Spanish to your browser setting.
Click the 3 dots on the top left of your desktop, then click Settings:
In the search field at the top, type "languages" and click the down arrow:
The down arrow will display the option of "Add languages." When you clicks "Add languages," a search field will pop up:
In the search field, type "Spanish" and checkmark the first option "Spanish - espanol", then click "Add"
Refresh your browser and start the meeting again.
The prompt below appears once you start their meeting again. To connect with a Spanish-speaking notary, click "Yes, I want a Spanish-speaking notary."
