Set your account to automatically charge your business or your signer for completed transactions.
Once you've decided who should pay for the notarization fee, you'll want to make sure you configure your account appropriately! Keep in mind that this setting will apply to all your business' transactions.
3. Scroll to the Account Payment section
4. Select Charge this account and click "Add Payment" above to enter your payment information
Select Charge recipient to allow the signer to pay with their own payment
5. Click Update Payer
- Charge recipient - Your signer will be prompted for payment information when they complete each notarization.
- Charge this account - Your company Credit Card will automatically be charged for each completed transaction initiated via your account.
