How does it work?
When you send a transaction, we automatically send a standard email with a link that takes signers straight to their documents via desktop or mobile. If you know your signer is on the go, make it even easier by adding their phone number, and we'll send them a link via SMS text message.
Steps to Send via SMS
- Log in to your account at business.notarize.com
- Click New Transaction
- Add your signer's phone number in the Signer Details section
- Upload your document and finish configuring any other transaction settings
- Click Send
What happens next?
Your signer will receive an email and an SMS message, as shown below.
