You will be notified via email once your signer has completed their notarization. Click on the link in the body of that email to log on to your Notarize title account.
You will be able to access all of the information regarding their transaction right from your dashboard. Along with the completed document(s), you will be able to access the video recording of their meeting with a notary in the Notarize Network. Here's how:

Click Completed under the Status column to the right of the transaction you're viewing.

The Transaction Details page will appear. Click the Video tab on the top of this page.

When the video appears, click the 3 vertical dots in the bottom right corner.

Click Download to download the video.
