• If you want to send a real transaction to an actual signer, be sure you're in the Production account.

Fairfax

Our test environment, known as "Fairfax," allows you to establish accounts to explore and experiment with. Whether you want to test the Notarize portal or an integration, you can do so in Fairfax. Fairfax accounts live on the following URLs:

• https://lender.fairfax.notarize.com/
• https://title.fairfax.notarize.com/
• https://business.fairfax.notarize.com/

Production

A production account is a live account that sends active transactions to signers in your pipeline. Production accounts live on the following URLs:

• https://lender.notarize.com/
• https://title.notarize.com/
• https://business.notarize.com/

Signers

Signers access transactions through the following URLs:

• If you access a transaction sent from a Notarize Fairfax environment as a signer (for testing purposes), you'll be directed to log in to https://app.fairfax.notarize.com/
• Signers sent live transactions will receive access links via email directing them to create an account or log in to their signer portal located at https://app.notarize.com/.
