Some articles are visible to anyone (like this one!), but many of our articles are gated for specific user groups. Read on to learn how to access articles that are visible to Notaries and Enterprise Customers (Title Agents, Lenders, and Businesses).
Note: Your Notarize credentials flow to the knowledge base within approximately 24 hours of establishing your Notarize account.
Check the Notarize Knowledge Base home page to see if you are signed in:
- Select Sign in from the top right corner to sign in:
- You are already logged in if your name appears in the top right corner.
- Type the email address and password that you use on the Notarize platform.
- Click the blue Sign in button.
Resetting Your Password
If you are unable to sign in and need to reset your password, reset it from support.notarize.com, not from the Notarize platform.
📝 Note: Resetting your password for the knowledge base does not change your password for the platform. (Information flows from Notarize.com to the knowledge base, but not the other way around.)
