Here's how to access and download documents after your transaction is complete.
Once your signer successfully completes a video meeting with a notary in the Notarize Network, the account admin and sender of the transaction will automatically be notified via email that the notarized document is ready for download.
🎯Primary Audience: Notarize for Business
- Log in to your Notarize Business account.
- Select Send+Manage in the top right corner of your dashboard.
- Find the transaction with the search box or select Completed from the All Statuses dropdown filter.
- Select the Completed under the Status column. You should see the word Completed with a green circle next to it.
- In the Transaction Details window that appears, select the Document tab.
- Download the entire completed document package by selecting the Download All button in the bottom right corner.
- Download an individual file by right-clicking on the document name, then select Download in the bottom right corner.
