This article provides steps to be routed only to Spanish-speaking notaries on mobile (IOS and Android). The user must add Spanish to the mobile phone language settings.

Steps for iPhone and Android Devices
To be routed to a Spanish-speaking notary, the signer should follow these steps:
Steps for iPhone
1. Go to Settings
On the Home screen, tap Settings.
2. Tap General
On the next screen, tap General.
3. Tap Language & Region
Scroll down and tap Language & Region.
4. Tap Device Language
On the next screen, tap [Device] Language.
5. Select Spanish
Pick your language from the list.
6. Confirm Your Choice
An alert will ask you to confirm the new language. Tap the first option.
After your device updates the language, your device should automatically display the language you selected.
Steps for Android
1. Tap System
On your Android device, tap System. This is located under Settings. If you can’t find System, then look under Personal.
2. Tap Languages & Input

4. Tap Add a Language
5. Select a Language
Select Spanish (Español) to add as a language.
6. Choose the Default Language
Drag Spanish (Español) to the top of the list.
