Reasons to Contact Notarize Support
Contact Notarize Support for technical issues, including:
- Clicking on a link or button gives me an error at app.notarize.com, business.notarize.com, or notary.notarize.com.
- Completing all instructions on the page still doesn’t allow me to move to the next step at app.notarize.com, business.notarize.com, or notary.notarize.com.
- I used Adobe Sign to initiate a notarization, but the signer hasn’t received a link to notarize the documents I sent.
- My document was signed using Notarize, but I do not see the completed version in my Adobe account.
- My Notarize account settings need to be changed, but I’m unsure how to log in at business.notarize.com.
