Overflow allows your business to use the Notarize On-Demand Notary (ODN) network of notaries as a backup when your In-house Notaries (IHNs) are unavailable. Overflow is available in the Business, Title, and Lender portals.
🎯Primary Audience: Notarize for Business
When the Overflow feature is enabled, you determine the maximum time a customer waits for one of your IHNs before the call is routed to Notarize.
For example, if Overflow is set to 5 minutes, a customer would be routed to the Notarize queue after waiting in your organization’s queue for 5 minutes. The call will continue to ring in your queue but will likely be picked up quickly by a notary in the ODN network.
This feature must be enabled by Notarize. Please contact Customer Support at support@notarize.com to request this feature for your account. If you were assigned a Customer Success Manager (CSM), work with your CSM.
