Internet Browsers
Notarize is supported in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge browsers.
If you're using a computer issued by your organization or business, please contact your technology team for assistance.
Camera & Microphone
Notarize requires access to your camera and microphone to complete the video call with a commissioned e-Notary Public. If your computer does not have a built-in camera and microphone, you must have an external camera and microphone.
To grant Notarize.com access to your camera and microphone, choose the option to allow access when you see the pop-up window. If you didn't get a pop-up or you want to set up your browser before your meeting, follow the instructions below.
- Open Notarize.com in your preferred browser.
- Click the link below for camera and microphone setting instructions for your browser:

Location
Notarize requires Location access as a security measure. To turn on location services in your web browser, follow the link to location settings instructions for your preferred browser:
Chrome | Firefox | Safari | Edge
