When a business organization recalls a transaction, it returns the transaction to a draft. The business organization can make adjustments and updates, including the loan/file number, signer email address, activation/expiration dates, and adding or removing documents before the document is notarized.
A transaction can be recalled when the transaction status is one of the following statuses:
- Order Placed
- Sent
- Received
- Viewed
The different transaction states
