Create an Account

  1. Navigate to notarize.com/business
  2. Click the green Sign Up button
  3. Fill in your business name, email address, and desired password
  4. Click the green Create Account button

Set Up Your Account

Once you've logged in, you can immediately begin sending transactions and collecting notarizations. Here are a few best practices to set up your account for efficiency:

Complete Your Profile

Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to access the following account Settings.

  • Upload your company logo
  • Invite your team to join the company account
